Cancellation and Refund Policy for Gripix.in

1. Order Cancellation

All orders placed on Gripix.in are prepaid. Once an order is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. We do not offer order cancellations under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds. After the order is placed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of any changes in your order.

3. Replacement Policy

We understand that issues may occasionally occur with the products you receive. In the event that you receive a defective product or an item in the wrong size, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

• A clear, unedited parcel opening video must be provided at the time of receipt, showing the condition of the product upon delivery.
• The video must clearly demonstrate that the product is either defective or that an incorrect size has been delivered.
• No replacement will be processed without this mandatory video evidence.

Once the video evidence is submitted and verified by our team, we will process a replacement order subject to availability.

4. General Conditions

By placing an order on Gripix.in, you agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy. All sales are final, and only replacement orders are eligible in cases of defective or wrong-sized products with valid video proof.
